LWT MOSES HURT sick in body but in perfect memory.
To my beloved wife ELIZABETH HURT all that I possess during her lifetime or widowhood.
To my son WEST DANDRIDGE HURT a negro named Daniel and one shilling,.
To my beloved son GARLAND HURT a negro named Aaron.
To my beloved son MOSES HURT a negro boy Isaac alias Peet.
To my beloved son ABSALOM HURT a negro girl Agnes.
I desire that my land, four feather beds, a negro named Amey, furniture, and stock to be sold and equally divided between my four daughters: ANN SHELTON, JANE HENDRICK, SALLY L. HURT AND RODEY S. HURT.
Appoint GARLAND HURT, MOSES HURT and BENJAMIN SHELTON executors.
